Federico Barcos

Founder and CEO of People OPTI

Federico Barcos holds a degree in Sociology from UCLA, an MBA from IAE Business School, and several diplomas and certifications from Tec de Monterrey, London Business School, Kellogg Executive Education, and MIT Professional Education.

At Tec de Monterrey, he served as academic director of the Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence and People Analytics, a position he held for over eight years. He is also the founder of Von der Heide.
