He is a partner and associate director at BCG and a core expert in the “People and Organization” practice. He also collaborates with companies on the transformation of their Human Resources teams. Previously, he was Director of Recruitment at the consulting firm. He holds a PhD in Development Economics from the University Georg-August of Göttingen.
Kem Peck
She is the current president of the World Federation of People Management Associations. She also serves as CHRO & Advisor in the Public Service Division and chairs the Singapore Human Resource Institute. From 2023 to 2025, she was president of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management (APFHRM).
Anthony Ariganello
He is president and CEO of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. He has also served as CEO of the Chartered Professionals of Human Resources (CPHR) of Canada. He chaired the North American Human Resource Management Association (NAHRMA) and the World Federation of People Management Associations.
Jorge Jauregui
He is a global board member of the World Federation of People Management Associations and served as its president from 2014 to 2015. He has served as Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America at Unilever and as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Bristol-Myers Squibb Mexico and the Caribbean. At AMEDIRH, he has served as Vice President of International Affairs.
