He is a partner and associate director at BCG and a core expert in the “People and Organization” practice. He also collaborates with companies on the transformation of their Human Resources teams. Previously, he was Director of Recruitment at the consulting firm. He holds a PhD in Development Economics from the University Georg-August of Göttingen.

President of the WFPMA

She is the current president of the World Federation of People Management Associations. She also serves as CHRO & Advisor in the Public Service Division and chairs the Singapore Human Resource Institute. From 2023 to 2025, she was president of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management (APFHRM).

Anthony Ariganello

President and CEO of the CGA-Canada

He is president and CEO of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. He has also served as CEO of the Chartered Professionals of Human Resources (CPHR) of Canada. He chaired the North American Human Resource Management Association (NAHRMA) and the World Federation of People Management Associations.

Jorge Jauregui

Global board member of the WFPMA

He is a global board member of the World Federation of People Management Associations and served as its president from 2014 to 2015. He has served as Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America at Unilever and as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Bristol-Myers Squibb Mexico and the Caribbean. At AMEDIRH, he has served as Vice President of International Affairs.

Aida Troncoso

She is Vice President of the WFPMA and President of the Inter-American Federation of Human Resources Management (FIDAGH). She is recognized for her distinguished career in Human Resources, specializing in talent management, coaching, performance, and strategic planning. She is the CEO of Motivus Strategy and led the HR function at the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic for 21 years.

Susan Ryan

She is the Secretary General of the WFPMA and a past president of NAHRMA, where she also represents Canada. She served as Chief Financial Officer of the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation and, prior to that, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Yukon Workers’ Safety & Compensation Board. Susan served as Chair of CPHR Canada from 2022 to 2024 and as Chair of CPHR BC & Yukon from 2017 to 2021.

He is the Treasurer of the WFPMA and a former President of the European Association for People Management. He has served as Chair of the Board of the Van Marken Museum Foundation, Director of HRM at the University of Amsterdam, and Vice President of Commercial and Global Human Resources at KLM, the Netherlands’ flagship airline. Previously, he held executive and corporate HR roles at Shell and Philips.

She currently oversees talent management at the sole Pepsi bottler in Mexico, which has a workforce of over 44,000 employees.

A public accountant by training, she holds qualifications in senior management and has prior experience at companies such as PwC and Walmart de México y Centroamérica.

Zahie has 23 years of experience at “El Puerto de Liverpool”. Since 2025, she is General Manager of Boutiques. She has also been Director of Human Resources. Zahie holds a degree in International Relations from Tec de Monterrey.

Tomás Kachadourian

He is the Director of New Business and Intelligence at InfoBlock, leading the opening of Enterprise accounts in Mexico and Latin America, as well as analytics on work time, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. He holds a degree in International Relations from ITAM.

With over 25 years of global experience in Human Resources, he has worked in Mexico, Brazil, Switzerland and Hong Kong across sectors including consulting, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and banking and financial services. His career includes roles at Citigroup, Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, Aon Consulting, Coca-Cola Company Mexico, Grupo Financiero Scotiabank, and Roche Mexico. He holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed postgraduate studies at institutions such as Duke, Columbia, Cornell, Tec de Monterrey, London Business School, and Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
