Dora Valdez

Founder of “LadeRH.com”

Dora Valdez is one of the most influential figures in the digital sphere through her platform, “LadeRH.com,” which boasts thousands of followers on social media. There, she engages in dialogue with prominent figures in talent management and the business world. She has participated in TEDx and DisruptHR. Furthermore, she has been recognized as a National Leader by the Senate of the Republic.

Passionate about human resources and organizational transformation, she has founded and led several companies over two decades, including Hubble and Yingo, her main entrepreneurial ventures. Currently, Dora Valdez is Chapter Chair of the Woman’s President Organization, based in New York.

Dora’s career in Human Resources spans industries including petrochemicals, information technology, food and beverage, telecommunications, and real estate. She is also the author of the book “Make It Happen! 41 Lessons in Human Capital.”

She holds a degree in International Relations with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Jönköping University in Sweden and is certified in HR Management and Analytics by the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. She also graduated from the EGADE Business School’s Board of Directors Training Program.
