His career spans 25 years in executive positions at multinational companies. He was Vice President of Human Resources for Southern Latin America at The Coca-Cola Company.
He is the author of several books and teaches at the university. He holds a doctorate in Economics and directs the Advanced Leadership Program at the University of the Andes.
