Jorge Rosas

CEO of WeWow

Considered by Google to be the best speaker in Mexico in recent years, Jorge Rosas has given more than 1,200 presentations on four continents. He holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, an MBA from IPADE, and has studied finance and business at Wharton, Harvard, and Stanford in the United States, and CEIBS in China.

His company, WeWow, has over 500 AAA clients in Latin America, the United States, and Spain. He recently began coaching the Mexican National Football Team in leadership and mindset for the 2026 World Cup.

He was one of Baker & McKenzie’s youngest partners, Chief Human Resources Officer at Cinépolis, and Senior Director of Human Resources, Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellness for Disney & ESPN in New York. In 2017, he was nominated by Harvard and won the “Brandon Hall Award” for best practice in leadership development.
